Our customers seek our services to gain a greater understanding of the causes of employee disengagement, turnover, and dissatisfaction.  The power of our research and reporting capabilities set us apart from competitors and provides data driven “answers” that HR executives confidently deliver to their management teams.  Ultimately, strategies must be developed to address the issues that surface as plaguing employee engagement, satisfaction and productivity.  answers@work prefers to provide oversight of HR-related consulting that support the needs of our customers.  We have been an HR consulting firm that migrated to engagement and retention survey support in 2002 and our resources are committed to these services.  We have considerable HR consulting expertise to support our operations; however, our preference is to use this knowledge to partner with our consulting friends to jointly meet the HR needs of our clients.  Our customers need program development support in such areas as leadership, performance and talent management, compensation, on boarding, coaching and many other areas of opportunity.  We continually seek reliable, mutually supportive relationships that meet these needs and expand the strategic success of all involved.
